We started out as a family builder developing a community in Northern Virginia. When referrals for additions and remodeling started pouring in, we diversified to meet the need. This diversification allows us to foresee construction challenges before we begin, and that helps to minimize surprises during the life of the project. With over 80 years in the home building industry, we have a unique range of expertise, which allows us to provide a more comprehensive service to our customers.
With nearly 85 years of combined experience, MyBuilder has had time to solidify its offerings. Since our humble beginning as family businesses, we’ve maintained a solid foundation. The values upon which we were founded still drive us today.

There is no cost or charge for My Builder to meet and discuss your project. During our first meeting, we listen while you identify your needs and desires. We might propose alternatives to meet your stated budget, and we’ll provide you with a no-cost proposal within a couple of days.
My Builder is a licensed general contractor who can provide a full range of residential services. We handle many phases of work internally, and we sub-contract when we need to. Regardless of who performs the work, My Builder will be present to ensure you receive exactly what we proposed.
My Builder utilizes computer generated 3-D CAD Software which really helps you visualize your new project. We find that this conceptual development phase helps to minimizes costly change orders later in the project because you get a better sense of our scope of work.
My Builder understand the desire for a quick answer to this. Sometimes we can quote a general price range for a project, but that can be a huge disservice to you.
